AuditRest and RegitRest

Auditrest and Regitrest are two Windows Mobile apps for the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), a universally recognized method for food safety assurance. One application is designed for control and monitoring, using a PDA, of critical points in the establishment, and the other for the identification of potential food safety hazards. We also developed a desktop client, which imports data from the mobile devices and prepares a report with the results of the analysis.
